Interest Only+ provides all the flexibility of an April mortgage plus the increased financial freedom of lower monthly payments paying off the interest (freeing-up cash for other investments, savings or personal expenses) with the capital being paid at the end of the term or when they sell the property.
And now with Part & Part, Interest Only+ becomes even more versatile. It gives your clients the option to split their loan - interest on one part, capital and interest on the other - offering more choice, more control, and even more ways to make their mortgage work for them.
