An April Interest Only+ mortgage gives your clients the freedom to manage their finances in a way that works for them, plus they get all the flexibility of an April mortgage - we call that Interest Only+.

 

Interest Only+ provides all the flexibility of an April mortgage plus the increased financial freedom of lower monthly payments paying off the interest (freeing-up cash for other investments, savings or personal expenses) with the capital being paid at the end of the term or when they sell the property.

 

And now with Part & PartInterest Only+ becomes even more versatile. It gives your clients the option to split their loan - interest on one part, capital and interest on the other - offering more choice, more control, and even more ways to make their mortgage work for them.

+ No ERCs for moving home or overpaying

+ Uncapped overpayments

+ Up to 7x LTI

+ Interest Only+  max. 60% LTV / Part & Part max. 75% (with a max. 60% LTV for Interest Only+  (inc. product fees)

+ £200k min. equity (£300k Greater London)

+ £75k min. income (sole or joint)
