Rolf has 28 years’ experience in private equity and credit, managing institutional capital and investment decisions. He was Fund Manager at ICG (€6bn AuM) and now chairs the Investment Committee at Dexteritas. He also advises Proventus Capital Partners, providing private debt solutions to European businesses.
Jeroen, co-founder of DMFCO, has over 30 years’ experience in finance. He held executive roles at AEGON and NIBC Bank, overseeing Project & Asset Finance, Treasury, and Consumer Banking. Jeroen was instrumental in establishing NIBC's €12bn mortgage portfolio and its position as the Netherlands' leading white label financier.
Emma has 30 years’ experience in real estate credit, overseeing £10bn+ in lending across Europe and the US. She founded Laxfield Ltd, sold it to CBRE in 2019, and now co-leads the EMEA Credit Strategies business. Emma also serves on various industry boards, including CREFC and the Oxford Real Estate Society.
Peter is a chartered accountant and compliance expert with over 30 years’ experience in capital markets, asset management, and investment banking. Since 2006, he has run a consultancy focusing on governance, risk, and compliance, providing training and advice across financial sectors. Peter also specialises in financial crime and has held various NED roles.
With over 15 years in the sector, our CEO Dirk has 5 years’ experience at DMFCO and has held roles as Head of Portfolio Management at DMFCO, Senior Portfolio Manager at NN IP, and positions at NN Bank and GMAC, specialising in mortgage portfolios.
